Andy Caffyn - CEO
Andy Caffyn has over 20 years experience in the Engineering and Service businesses. He has spent the last three and a half years with Avery Weigh-Tronix as its Chief Executive. The business is one of the world's largest suppliers of weighing equipment and services. He join Avery when it was acquired by Private Equity House, European Capital a led it through a step change in performance, a partial divestment and then a successful sale to ITW, a Fortune 200 US based conglomerate in 2008 with sales of around $16Bn. ITW then promoted him to the role of Group President within the Test and Measurement division.
Prior to his time with Avery, Andy worked for TI Group and then Smiths Group, large international engineering businesses. He started his career in manufacturing roles, moved onto Business Development before starting general management roles in 1995. He successfully ran multiple businesses across Europe, a global service business that changed the nature of the industry it served and ran the Operations, Strategic Development and niche business activities of John Crane, a major division with Smiths and the world's largest supplier of engineered sealing systems.
Andy is a chartered engineer. He read Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College, London and later received a Master Degree in Advanced Manufacturing Systems from Brunel University. He lives in Oxfordshire with his wife and two daughters.

Neil Fleming - CFO
Neil Fleming was appointed CFO of Deloro Stellite in January 2004 and is responsible for overseeing all financial operations and reporting of the Company. Neil started his career as a Chartered Accountant with Mann Judd Gordon in 1978, and he then spent two years in Germany, with Price Waterhouse before joining SmithKline as an internal auditor. After a further two years he moved into manufacturing with Norton Company (later Saint Gobain), where he held a number of senior finance roles across Europe. In 1991, Neil was appointed Group Corporate Controller at APV plc. In 1996, Neil joined United Texon Plc, an Apax Partners investment, where he led a demerger and sale in 1997. Following an interim role in another private equity-backed company, Neil joined Deloro Stellite in November 2003.

Tim Allen - Divisional CEO Europe
Tim Allen joined Deloro Stellite in 2003 as Managing Director of the Swindon operation. In 2006 Tim assumed responsibility for the newly formed Materials Division and global sales of all materials outside China. In July 2008 he was appointed Divisional CEO Europe with responsibility for the operations in Koblenz, France and Swindon. As part of his new role Tim will also lead the implementation of the new purchasing and supply chain initiative, and the Company wide SPMS Operational Excellence programme. Prior to joining Deloro Stellite Tim worked in the steel industry, and in 2001 was appointed Operations Director, ASW plc.

Günther Clos - CEO Emerging Markets
Günther Clos began his career with Deloro Stellite in July 1982 as Project Engineer in Koblenz. Since then, he has held various roles within the organisation, including Export Manager, Technical Director and Director of Operations, before being promoted to Managing Director of Koblenz in 1996. In this capacity he oversaw the successful integration of the Hettiger Stellite coating equipment business acquired in 1998 and played a crucial role in Koblenz's development to become a key center of excellence with the Company. In 2004, Günther was promoted to Divisional CEO with overall responsibility for Europe. In 2008 he took over the position as CEO Emerging Markets.

Danie de Wet - Vice President of Technology and Business Development
Danie de Wet joined Deloro Stellite in January 2001 as European Director of Technology, and later moved into a business development role. He managed the Swindon Coating Services business unit, before being promoted in 2007 into his current role as Vice President of Technology and Business Development. He leads the Group’s internal and external technology development, and interacts closely with our customers to ensure that our technology strategy is aligned with their future needs. Danie started his career at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) in South Africa, where he was involved in the research and development of materials for gas turbine engines. Prior to joining Deloro Stellite, he was the Managing Director of ThermaSpray (Pty) Ltd., a newly formed coating services company that originated out of the research environment. He has a Masters degree in Physics from the University of the Free State in South Africa, and a Ph.D. in Materials Science from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology in the UK.

Managing Directors
John Hussa– Divisional Managing Director, Materials
John Hussa was appointed Divisional Managing Director, Materials for Deloro Stellite on September 29, 2010. John is responsible for the Materials activities of the Swindon and Goshen business units and has functional responsibility for Materials globally with strategic, commercial, technical and operational direction.
John has over 15 years experience in the manufacturing sector serving in Managing Director roles throughout Europe and the US. Prior to his manufacturing career, which began with aluminum multinational Alcoa, he served as a US diplomat in Belgium and Germany. His background includes a start-up business, multi-site and multi-country operations, acquisitions integration, restructuring, lean manufacturing and market repositioning.
John has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Wheaton College and a Master’s degree in Management from Boston University.

Song Ling – Managing Director (China)
Song Ling was appointed Managing Director in April 2001. During his time as Managing Director he has built up an excellent track record in commercial and manufacturing management. Song Ling and his team have brought forward significant growth of the business both in sales and profitability, and he has successfully set up operational facilities that include powder metallurgy and investment casting. In addition he has grown the existing business 20-30%. From 1997 to 2001 Song Ling held the position of Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Stellite Co., Ltd. Prior joining the Company he worked as the assistant director in Shanghai Iron & Steel Institute. He graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, majoring in metal material engineering and completed his MBA in Dong Hua University in July 2002.

Joe Overton - Managing Director (Canada)
Joe joined the Deloro Stellite Belleville facility in 1995 as Director of Operations and in 1997 was promoted to Vice President & General Manager. Prior to joining the Company, Joe worked for 11 years for Coyne Cylinder, a manufacturer of pressure vessels for the medical and welding industries and, at the time, a sister company of Deloro Stellite Inc., where he held the positions of Senior Manufacturing Engineer, then Engineering Manager in charge of equipment purchases, design, construction and installation of new process lines, and environmental issues. Prior to this, Joe worked for Cosmolab Inc., a private label cosmetics manufacturer as Plant Engineer, and for Wrangler Clothing as a Systems Analyst with their Corporate Special Projects Team. Joe holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology.

Michael Rünz – Managing Director (Germany)
Michael Rünz serves as Managing Director of Deloro Stellite Holdings GmbH & Co KG which includes Deloro Stellite GmbH, Hettiger Stellite GmbH, Deloro Stellite Srl in Italy, Deloro Stellite India Pvt. Ltd. and Deloro Stellite Ural in Russia. From 2002 until 2006 he served as Managing Director of Deloro Stellite Group’s businesses in France (ATS Stellite and ATS Sferic).
From 1995-2001 Michael was the Export Manager for Deloro Stellite GmbH. From 1994-95 he worked as Business to Business Manager with Bose GmbH. He began his career with Deloro Stellite in 1991 in a dual degree educational system combining University, apprenticeship and practical experience which he finished in 1994. Mr. Rünz has a business degree from the Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie Koblenz.

Since 2004 Michael Rünz is an active member and Vice President of the Board of Directors of the European Investment Casting Federation.
