High precision machining and polishing of orthopedic devices and components

Medical market – Within the medical devices market Deloro Stellite provides a range of cast and machined superalloy components for orthopedic implants. In addition, we manufacture steel grinding rasps which are used by surgeons to prepare the bone to receive such implants. Almost all of Deloro Stellite’s medical devices products are manufactured at our facility in France with the vast majority produced at the Alès location while the manufacturing of grinding rasps are the focus at the Menars facility.

Aerospace market – Deloro Stellite provides a broad range of components for niche airframe and engine applications, as well as coating services for landing gears and coating powders for engines. Our bespoke components offering includes rod-end bearings for use in actuators, non-rotating engine parts, fine diameter wire for use in blade repair, fuel system housings and manifolds, and other small components for landing gears and engines. These components are manufactured using casting and powder metallurgy processes. The majority of our aerospace components offering is produced at Belleville and the facilities in Italy and France, while landing gear coating services and coating powders are provided by Goshen, Swindon and the dedicated specialist coating services location in Montreal.
