The Jet Kote® II Nova systems were designed with operator convenience and efficiency in mind. They combine the high quality coating capabilities Jet Kote® torches are known for, with improved control console features for consistent, repeatable performance.
The unique design of the Jet Kote® Nova II systems precisely controls the parameters of the HVOF process. Particle velocity, oxides, and temperature are tightly controlled, resulting in extremely dense coatings with typical porosities of <1%.
Our Jet Kote® II Nova systems are capable of spraying a broad range of materials at up to 20 lb. /hour. Deposit efficiencies up to 70% are possible, resulting in deposit rates of up to 0.200 in/ft2/hr.
The typical Nova system consists of a control console, Model JK® 3000 torch, heat exchanger and powder feeder. The system is designed to provide optimum performance and the highest quality coatings available. The system is available in both an analog and digital form.
