Deloro Stellite's nickel base alloys are available as nickel powder, nickel wire, nickel rods and nickel electrodes. Nickel base alloys are resistant to wear and corrosion and possess good high temperature properties.  Our high quality nickel base powder, wire, rod and electrodes are available in a full range of sizes and specifications.

Deloro Nickel Alloys
The Deloro family of nickel powder, nickel wire, nickel rods and nickel electrodes exhibits good corrosion properties and are resistant to abrasion and wear, retaining their hardness up to 600ºC (1000ºF) with significant resistance to oxidation.

The most frequently used Deloro nickel alloys are:

Nistelle Nickel Alloys
The Nistelle family of nickel powder, nickel wire, nickel rods and nickel electrodes exhibit superior corrosion properties. These nickel base alloys were developed for protection against aggressive chemicals and other corrosive media. Nistelle nickel alloys have excellent high temperature strength and resistance to oxidation.

The most frequently used Nistelle nickel alloys are:

Tribaloy Nickel Alloys
The Tribaloy nickel powder, nickel wire, nickel rods and nickel electrodes were developed for applications in which extreme wear is combined with high temperatures and corrosive media and are very suitable for use in adhesive (metal-to-metal) wear situations. The Tribaloy family of nickel alloys feature a hard inter-metallic laves phase, dispersed in a tough matrix of eutectic or solid solution.

The most frequently used Tribaloy nickel alloy is:
